Thank you for a wonderful 2025 CSA season! The season was filled with lots of great fruits, vegetables, and flowers. We look forward to our feedback on how we can improve the CSA. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any question about our farm. At Through the Forest Farm, we love to grow healthy, nutritious food, but we also try to keep the bigger picture in mind as well, to nurture the soil, give back to the community. We look forward to you making an appointment to visit the farm soon. We also welcome crop requests (e.g. for wholesale account), collaborations (e.g. for events) and personalized ordering options (e.g. for individual CSA preferences). Please check back in early 2026 for our 2026 CSA signup!

This week was the last week of our Spring CSA and we were thrilled to have strawberries in the CSA box for the last 3 weeks! It was a lot of had work expanding the strawberry patch. I started with just 3 plants and multiplied them from runners over the last two years. Friends and family helped with the weeding and harvesting and eating. Such a fun and delicious crop. The rabbits gave me a run for my money at times especially over the winter but it turned out to be a great strawberry season. Now if only I could only find a way to expand it some more 😉🍓Onwards to red sweetness of the Summer CSA 🍅🍉!!
